This Compliance & Quality Assurance Policy (“Policy”) outlines the standards, procedures, and disclosures applicable to the collection, sale, and use of homeowner insurance leads (“Leads”) provided by Georgia Insurance Leads (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing, purchasing, or using our Leads, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to comply with the terms set forth below.

1. Data Sources and Collection

We obtain lead information from a variety of publicly available and third-party sources, including but not limited to:

  • Public real estate transaction records

  • Property appraiser data

  • Tax assessor data

  • Verified third-party data providers

While we make reasonable efforts to ensure data accuracy and relevance, we do not guarantee that any homeowner is actively seeking insurance quotes at the time the Lead is delivered.

2. Do Not Call Compliance (TCPA)

Our leads do not contain phone numbers and are not checked against the National Do Not Call Registry prior to delivery. However:

  • Compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR), and any applicable state-specific “Do Not Call” laws is ultimately the responsibility of the Client.

  • By purchasing Leads, you agree that you will independently verify compliance requirements based on your intended use.

3. Exclusive vs. Semi-Exclusive Leads

  • Exclusive Leads are sold only once and are not resold or redistributed by the Company.

  • Clients shall not resell, redistribute, or share Leads with any third party.

4. Lead Delivery and Replacements

  • Leads are typically delivered within 24–72 hours of purchase.

5. No Guarantee of Conversion or Outcome

The Company does not warrant or guarantee:

  • That a Lead will result in a successful contact, quote, or insurance sale;

  • That a homeowner is actively seeking insurance services; or

  • Any specific return on investment (ROI).

You understand and agree that purchasing Leads is inherently speculative and results may vary.

6. Permitted Use

You agree to use all Leads solely for the purpose of marketing insurance or related financial services in accordance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws. Use of Leads for any other purpose, including but not limited to harassment, resale, or unlawful solicitation, is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the purchase or use of Leads, including but not limited to loss of profits, business opportunities, or reputational harm.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify this Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
